Hi there! Thank you for visiting my website.
I am an artist based in Preston, Lancashire. I love painting birds and wildlife but will give pretty much anything a go! I specialise in murals, Pet Portraits, bespoke crockery and upcycled furniture. My furniture is somewhat different to the usual 'shabby chic' styles you often find online. I add an original painting to each of my pieces meaning each item is entirely unique and original. Murals have become increasingly popular for both home and business projects adding that little bit of magic to your home design.
You can commission murals, paintings, crockery or Upcycled Furniture or buy one of my prints or original pieces or just simply enjoy a look about the site at some of the lovely things on offer.
I also run Arts & Crafts events in the North West. I'm always looking for talented artists, makers, authors etc, to make our events diverse and unique, so please feel free to register your interest, if this sound of interest to you.

Commissions
Pet Portraits are my most popular commissioned work, however I'm willing to give anything a go! If you have an idea, I'll try and make it into a reality, from monsters to human portraits, to landscapes.
Sizes vary from A5 to A1 and commissions can be provided with or without frames and mounts.

Nests of tables are a personal favourite Upcycles. Everyone, no matter how small your space, has a little room for these items meaning
everyone can have a little bit of unique artwork in their house even if wall space is limited.
I only work on smaller sized upcycle projects now, such as the nest of tables. I also offer a bespoke Upcycled Picture Frame service to accompany my painting commissions but I'm also happy to produce frames without a painting.
So if you want to commission me to upcycle a small piece of furniture for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Upcycled Furniture
Turn something tired and old into something unique and fresh with an RJ Arts Upcycle.
There are a variety of options available but what I like most of all, is the chance to make any 'your' ideas come to life, so if you have one, please don't hesitate to make an enquiry.

Prices range depending on requirements but to give you an idea if it's worth getting in touch, a commemorative painting alone start around £180.00.
